We are a family of Black Haitian immigrants who came to America in search of opportunity, dignity, and justice. Instead, we found ourselves trapped in a system of institutional discrimination, retaliation, and bureaucratic abuse—perpetrated not by isolated individuals, but by some of the most powerful public entities in Pennsylvania and beyond.
